Last updated 29 September 2026

Agreement to these terms

By accessing patientconnect.com.sg or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.

What Patient Connect does

We match patients to the subspecialist best qualified for their condition, coordinate structured second opinions, and help arrange consultations with specialists in Singapore.

We are an advisory and coordination service. We are not a healthcare provider, a hospital, or an insurer.

We do not provide medical advice

Nothing on this website, and nothing our team tells you, is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Only a qualified doctor who has examined you can provide that.

Never disregard professional medical advice, and never delay seeking it, because of something you have read here or been told by us.

Medical emergencies

Do not use this website, the enquiry form or the patient portal to report a medical emergency. We do not monitor them continuously.

If you are in Singapore and the situation is urgent, call 995 for an ambulance or go to the nearest Accident & Emergency department.

No doctor-patient relationship

Using our service does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Patient Connect. That relationship exists between you and the specialist or clinic you consult.

Specialists are independent

The specialists, clinics and hospitals we introduce you to are independent third parties. They are not our employees or agents.

We select them by subspecialty focus and fit for your case, but we do not control their clinical judgment, their availability, their fees or the outcome of your care, and we do not guarantee any particular result.

Fees

You are responsible for paying doctors, clinics, hospitals and any other providers directly, on their own terms. We are not a party to those arrangements.

Your account and your responsibilities

Please give us accurate and complete information. Incomplete or inaccurate medical information may lead to an unsuitable match.

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you should tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. There is currently no automated password reset, so please contact us if you lose access.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, disrupt its operation, or upload unlawful or malicious content.

Do not upload another person's medical records unless you are authorised to act for them.

Intellectual property

The content of this site is owned by or licensed to Patient Connect Pte Ltd and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Documents you upload remain yours. You give us permission to use them only for the purpose of coordinating your care.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Patient Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions or clinical decisions of the independent providers we introduce you to.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We may change our services and these terms. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continuing to use the site means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
